'Dispatches from Philadelphia' by Glossblack

AMC’s series, Dispatches From Elsewhere, was filmed entirely in The City of Brotherly Love. As a thank you to Philadelphia, AMC partnered with Comcast to commission local muralist, Jimmy of Glossblack, to create two installations inspired by the show and Philadelphia’s influence on the series.

Glossblack’s Dispatches From Philadelphia are collages of Philadelphia signage and landmarks represented in the AMC series Dispatches From Elsewhere. Each mural is a blend of deep colors and messaging pulled from the show, while familiar neon signs from around Philly guide the way, becoming places for friends and strangers to meet.

The Comcast Experience

Located in the lobby of the Comcast Center, one of the world’s largest 4-millimeter LED continuous video walls delights visitors year-round with captivating programming, including the annual Holiday Spectacular show viewed by millions.
