Celebrate the Holidays at the Comcast Center Campus
For more than 15 years, the Comcast Center Campus has brought the magic of the holidays to life from the heart of Philadelphia. For the 2024 season, beloved traditions including “The Comcast Holiday Spectacular” will be offered alongside a new, free cinematic experience at The Universal Sphere starring characters from DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek.
Holidays at the Comcast Center Campus programming runs from Thanksgiving Day through Jan. 3, 2025. Additional information, hours of operation, and holiday hours for key events and experiences are below. We can’t wait to see you!
“DreamWorks Shrek’s Festive Flight” at The Universal Sphere™
Join Shrek, Donkey, Gingy, and friends on a magical journey from Philadelphia to the North Pole in this new cinematic experience featuring characters from DreamWorks Animation’s "Shrek." After arriving at the North Pole Bakery, decorate your own gingerbread cookies in an interactive digital experience.
Sensory-friendly shows offered multiple times daily, including 9:30a & 9:45a shows every Saturday. Thanksgiving Day & Jan. 2-3, 2025, 10a – 5p. Christmas Day & New Year’s Day, 12p – 5p.
“The Comcast Holiday Spectacular”
Delight in this free, 15-minute show presented on “The Comcast Experience” video wall. Featuring holiday singalongs, performances by the Philadelphia Ballet, and an enchanted sleigh ride around the world, it has become a Philadelphia holiday tradition for millions of visitors.
Sensory-friendly shows daily at 2:30p. Audio Description (AD) available through the Listen EVERYWHERE app. Last show on New Year’s Day at 4p.
Visits with Santa
Pose for free photos and bring your wish list — Santa Claus is coming to the Comcast Center Campus!
Enjoy the holiday magic at The Concourse at Comcast Center, every Friday and Saturday, Dec. 6 – 21, 11:30a – 2p.
“Spread Cheer”
Create holiday decorations and warm messages of hope at this pop-up workshop located in The Concourse at Comcast Center, which supports MANNA, a local nonprofit that provides medically tailored meals for people with serious illnesses. Select holiday messages created throughout the season will be delivered with MANNA meals.
Open daily from Nov. 28 – Jan. 3.
Holiday Passport Activity
Collect stamps as you visit holiday experiences across campus, and present your completed Holiday Passport at Spread Cheer to receive a Shrek-themed surprise!
Pick up your free Holiday Passport at the front desk in the Comcast Center or Comcast Technology Center to get started, daily from Nov. 28 – Jan. 3.
Unique Dining Experiences
Enjoy expanded dining options at the Comcast Center Campus for the holiday season. Café Click is open daily with grab-and-go menu options and hot drinks, modern coffee bar and café Vernick Coffee Bar is open daily for the season, and The Concourse at Comcast Center offers casual dining with extended hours. Show the “Holidays at the Comcast Center Campus” brochure at Chef Marc Vetri’s Pizzeria Salvy to receive a special BOGO slice offer!

Philly PHLASH® Downtown Loop
Ride the PHLASH, a convenient and affordable bus loop, to access the Comcast Center Campus and other top holiday destinations. The Comcast Center Campus PHLASH stop is located at 18th St. & John F. Kennedy Blvd.
Service runs Friday through Sunday from Nov. 29 - Dec. 15, with daily service from Dec. 20 – 30, 12p – 8p. No service on Christmas Day.
Accessibility at the Comcast Center Campus
As part of our ongoing commitment to creating accessible, inclusive experiences, the Comcast Center Campus recently opened a Sensory-Friendly Room, located in The Concourse at Comcast Center. The space is open to the public, with extended hours during the holiday season.
