Celebrate the 2026 Lunar New Year at the Comcast Center Campus
In 2026, the Comcast Center Campus welcomes the Year of the Horse with free programming, events, and experiences. The Lunar New Year is celebrated by millions of people around the world, including the vibrant community of Philadelphia.
Anchored around the 2026 Chinese New Year, Lunar New Year at the Comcast Center Campus is available free to everyone, Feb. 2 through March 6. Additional information and hours of operation follow.
“DreamWorks Po’s Awesome Lunar New Year Adventure” at The Universal Sphere™
Join Po, Master Shifu, Mr. Ping, and friends on a magical journey to Panda Village in this free cinematic experience featuring characters from DreamWorks Animation’s "Kung Fu Panda." After completing your journey, you will arrive at Panda Village in time for the Lantern Festival. Take part in the celebration by creating your own sky lantern in an interactive digital experience!

Meet Kung Fu Panda's Po
Join us every Saturday during the season – Po is visiting the Comcast Center Campus for our Lunar New Year celebrations for free photos and meet-and-greets. Additional programming will also be available on Saturdays, like a "Kung Fu Panda" activity station, and other surprise-and-delight moments.
Lunar New Year Weekend
Leading up to the Lunar New Year holiday on Tuesday, Feb. 17, the Comcast Center Campus will offer enhanced programming and cultural activities on Feb. 14, 16, and 17, including:
• “DreamWorks Po’s Awesome Lunar New Year Adventure” at The Universal Sphere
• Meet-and-greet with Po from DreamWorks Animation’s "Kung Fu Panda"
• Lion Dance performances by The Philadelphia Suns at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
• Visit with local artists
• Activities like face painting, coloring, and more
“DreamWorks Po’s Awesome Lunar New Year Adventure” at The Universal Sphere will be offered every 15 minutes throughout the day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last entry 15 minutes before closing. Advanced reservations are highly encouraged.
